CHEERLEADING! :DToday was the kick-off for the 40 Days of purpose campaign! :) There was a carnival thingy which had flag-raising(which was ultra cool!) with the theme song, the games stall, food, and cheerleading!
Cheerleading was so much fun! haha REALLY REALLY enjoyed it :) haha. all the muscle aches are worth it ! though i kept complaining about them. heehee.
YEA YEA!! COME ON COME ON!! ALRIGHT! :D
We did 3 minor cheers and a major one right before the flag raising.really thank God for the fantastic weather and His presence, and our safety! :) haha. It feels good to cheer for God. haha.We had some difficulties in doing the stunts and had to have a change of plans ( quick thinking may! :) well done!)to settle for a easier one, and were dissapointed for awhile. :( BUT! in the end we still enjoyed it as much! and the overall was still pretty ok! :) oh and we had some impromptu pre-cheer as well. haha.
Oh and really thank God for the fellowship we had through cheerleading, it really bonded us alot! :) shouting the cheer together, doing the routine together, eating lunch together, going crazy abt the dancing - clapping thingy and billy banja, all our crappiness, how we got obsessed with the cheerleading terms, and simply just sitting around being together. :) it was really fun doing all these things together, especially when we don't get to mix around with the younger ones that often. haha.
Thank you May!for coming up with all the cheers and steps and stunts, even though you're having your exams; and thank all you students who really make and effort to come down for practice even though school/ exams have started already! i love you ple! :) *hugs*I am so encouraged by the ethusiasm you guys have in serving Him! :D God sees the effort :) :) haha.
Think i'll be missing it real soon :S i think i am already! haha
