waiting with faith..

Today's Mothers' day! :) I went to my grandma's house to celebrate it with her and with all the aunts :) there was such alot of food! and we almost had a pizza party or something cause two of my aunts and uncles called pizza..haha.So we had New York pizza and Canadian pizza.:) yum. And of course there were are food like my grandma's roast chicken, ribs, pork knucles, and finger foods. High protein diet! haha.Oh and we had strawberry strudel, durian strudel and hazelnut mouse cake! yummy! haha. sinful stuff.

Then as usual we'll be mingling around but besides the usual stuff, they asked about my interview too. My aunt asked if i was more confident to get dentistry or medicine, but i told her i have none for both. :( sigh. I was reminded of my interviews again.

In today's qt, there was an interesting story:

A midwestern town was suffering under a searing drought. All the townspeople decided to gather the clergy and assemble for a prayer. The whole town turned out to pray but there was only one person, a little girl, who brought an umbrella.

I realised that sometimes i pray about something but don;t have enough faith to believe it's really going to happen. Lord, strenghthen my faith. I want to be that little girl. Though now it seems that i don't know where i will be going and what i will be studying but i thank God that He is in control and He will guide me and lead me through everything. :) He is my good shepherd and He Knows me best. Help me to be still and know that You are God .
