Solitude ...

Today i went shopping with wt and sok! yay! :) and burned a hole in my pocket(boo:( ). Sigh,the ill effects of retail therapy. haha. OHH, by the way i bought 2 pairs of earrings and a wallet! yay! :) and i settled the 2nd part of the mothers' day gift :):) happy! fruitful shopping ! oh and i would like to add that most of the shopping was done when i was alone, by me , myself and i. haha,And why is that so? Cause dear wenting abandoned me for her band friends and dear sok ee abandoned me for her darling cal! (tt's ok :)) haha but anyway, i did shopping on my own for the first time! yay!wt insist that it's time i grow up and learn to eat and shop by myself. :)

Oh, speaking of wt, that irritating girl grabbed my hand and refused to let me get down the train when i reached cityhall interchange! and i had to miss my stop and take the train back to cityhall. Evil wt! argh...haha

okies, so i spent my evening being a loner shopping at suntec city/marina square/rafflescity, combing every corner for the stuff i need to buy. haha. I think it was quite odd to walk around with my earphone on, listening to music but there isnt anyone to talk to anyway. haha.so nevermind! :)Hmm, i realised shopping alone is alot more efficient! but the problem is there's no one to discuss stuff with:(

oh oh oh...and i met this very funny shop keeper at citylink. I was buying this book from the store, then i went to pay for it. so this was what happened:

me: hi, can i have this please? thx :)
him:okies sure( proceeds to scan it in the cash register)
it will be $xx.xx
me:(hands over the money)
him: thank you.
me: (waits for the book)
him: (looks at me with a blur face)
Me: can i have my book please?
him: oh, i'm sorry here you go.

Hmm..poor chap, must have had such a tiring day, his brain totally can't function alr. haha. but i tink i'll have alot more of this kinda thing happening of if i work as shopkeeper. haha.funny, i almost bought an invisible non-existent book! haha.it'll be hilarious if i forgot abt my book and jus walked out.HAHA then i'll jus be donating money to tt shop. haha.coz sometimes i do forget. heehee

As for dinner, i went subway at rafflescity to eat alone, and i didnt get a seat:( how sad am i. But in the end it was ok! coz i had my spicy italian sub by that fountain thingy at basement of rafflescity. haha. it was ok except tt i was facing the carpark, not the fountain.haha.silly me. And spicy italian was nice too! i ove subway.:)

In conclusion, shopping alone isnt that bad afterall! haha but i'd still prefer some company though :) mastered the art of shopping alone, i'm so proud of myself.
